The café owners approached us with a clear vision. The phrase "Only love brings forth love," which they wanted us to write on the wall, was not just a slogan, but also the core of the Korean Cafe design philosophy and interior concept. This approach immediately made the process engaging for both parties.
As designers, our primary goBLOGal is to create a unique atmosphere for each space by bringing together ergonomics and design through textures, raw materials, and fine details. In this project, we aimed to reflect these principles, creating a warm and inviting environment.
To form the foundation of the interior, we used solid wood, natural veneer, and glass. The combination of these materials created a harmonious composition that highlighted the beauty of each element. Various wood tones were extensively incorporated to evoke a traditional Korean atmosphere. The lighting fixtures were selected to provide simple yet sufficient illumination, reinforcing the overall concept and embracing the “less is more” approach.
Every element of the interior, including the furniture, was designed according to our drawings and carefully handcrafted. The shelves in the kitchen were decorated with Korean teapots and plates, enhancing the authentic feel of the space.
In the end, the design truly achieved its purpose: creating an inviting interior.
A place filled with thoughtful details, radiating warmth and love, offering comfort and tranquility to everyone who steps inside.
