Located in Istanbul, Arnavutkoy Residence by Lama Design offers beautiful living spaces and inspiring communal areas.

"A conceptual design has been created for a project consisting of 7 villas and 4 residential blocks in the Dakar region of Senegal.

The design takes into consideration the climate of Africa, prevailing winds, and the use of local building techniques and materials commonly employed by the local community.

The project progresses with a focus on the geography and the employer's preferences, considering user habits and spatial utilization."

Designed for a client who came to us to build a home for themselves and their family on the plot of land inherited from their family. The house consists of a ground floor with a spacious kitchen integrated with a living room and a guest room. The second floor includes bedrooms and bathrooms. Additionally, there is an additional service area with an indoor swimming pool and changing rooms.

This structure is initially served as a children's hospital, is intended to be transformed into a healthcare center. It has been redesigned to suit new services and exterior recommendations have been proposed. The preference leans towards predominantly white, transparent, and aqua green colors. It takes its place as the first link in a chain of hospitals.

A conference hall, designed for hosting various events, is a spacious venue with a high seating capacity and robust audio-visual systems. It accommodates events such as business meetings, training seminars, conferences, weddings, and more. Natural stones are predominantly used, with predominant colors being smoke and white.

This project was done for Süral Group. It consists of 11 tennis courts and a service building, constructed on a 3430 m2 plot of land. Location: Manavgat, Antalya.
